If so... we have a pretty cool new feature which can associate Facebook with your FTE account!

What will this do?
You can let your facebook friends know about ford-trucks, when you make new posts/threads/upload new photos etc. etc.

What will it not do?
We don't save/publish any information from Facebook, so your real name/email/details etc. will remain private, we don't save/publish that information!

How can you associate your account?
Log out - and select the following Facebook logo:

ok i can't figure it out. when i clicked on the link you gave it sent me to my CP but i couldn't find anything about facebook.

 

You need to log out of FTE and then come back into the web site. All of the links are on the home page of the site.

 

Log out of FTE. Go to the FTE Forums page. At the top of the page, you'll see the banner like Adrian posted which will include a facebook link. Just go from there.

 

I don't know what facebook is going to show yet. OK, wait, it asked me if I wanted to publish this on FB...

Did everything it asked me to do, adjusted my setting for PM's, and then sent myself a couple PM's, and I get no notification on FB. Any ideas?

BTW, if nothing else, I at least got a good look at Stu's avatar.

 

It should put up the notification in the bottom right hand corner of facebook - is it not doing that?

Honestly, its not worth bothering about.

It is handy if your friends are on the other side of the planet though
