maybe you need a tune up then. Mine is nice and quiet.
so THAT's what wrong ! - Damn..I should have thought of that. I will ask my local AUTO ZONE counter-man for a tune-up kit - maybe new points, a new rotor, and a distributor cap will help.....? Maybe a little freon in the air conditioning system.......! Wonder if I should ask the AUTO ZONE counter-man to order me a carbuerator over-haul it while he's looking for the points, condensor, and distributor cap......
i said "maybe". I dont have a clue why your truck does not run as you like.
Ignore him. He doesn't believe in using the term "tune-up" because "only" vehicles with points, condensers, cap and rotors, etc can be "tuned-up". So because of that, he won't even use it in a colloquial sense.
He also has a problem with people using the term "rims" when the term "wheel" should be used.
I don't think he believes in colloquial terms being used, but instead of being polite and pointing that out, or just letting it slide because it's a commonly used and accepted manner of communicating, he has to be a jerk about it and post in a rude, condescending, offensive manner.
That's par for the course for that guy. He's been given short term bans for the way he posts, but he refuses to change his ways, so a lot of us just ignore him.
