Small block Toploader in 66.
Hello everybody, I hav't posted in a while. I want to put my 69 cougar wide ratio 4 spd toploader in my 66 w/352 T-18. My question is this, I was told the SMALL block toploader input shafts are longer than the big block. I was also told the Fe TRUCK bellhousings are longer than passenger car bellhousings, so will the smallblock trans bolt up to the truck bellhousing? Is the bellhousing drilled for a toploader? Any help would be appreciated, thanx.
