Got the tune uploaded..

Extreme Street by Innovative Diesel..

So after all of my groveling and problems I've finally..FINALLY got the tune uploaded (Extreme Street). First impressions are it shifts very very firm when just being very very light on the throttle..don't like so much but tranny still has to relearn. Very nice firm shifts when accelerating very tolerable. It idles smoothly, maybe a little different tone from the exhaust, turbo whistle has gotten louder.

I got on it a little from a 30mph roll and hit 70 in about (guesstimate) 3 seconds, very fast. Doesn't blow a whole bunch of smoke when lightly accelerating, haven't seen how much when you get on it because I am hanging on for dear life and have to keep it on the road.

From a roll of about 5mph I floored it and there was some lag but the tires did squeel but did not break loose. Not sure if the tranny/engine needs to relearn some more.

Overall very pleased with the changes! Now I need to get studded so I can get the race tune.

B.

The tranny shifting will get a little softer, but, and you'll have to trust me on this, it's MUCH MUCH MUCH better for it to shift firm (it's actually a quicker shift) than for it to just sliiiiiiide into gear like the factory tuning does. Eric knows his tranny shifting!!!!!

Glad your happy with it! Firmer shifts= less slippage, less heat=longer life.
