I'm not sure how much the output from the PCM for the A/C clutch relay can safely source, so I'd suggest tapping in to the output (gray/white wire) from the A/C clutch relay to the clutch, run that tap to the coil of an additional relay that can handle the current draw of the new fan, and using that relay to switch the new fan on and off.
I'm curious though why you want to add an electric condensor fan rather than using the OEM configuration. If it's due to effectiveness, you might have a fan clutch issue or debris in the condensor. These vehicles are tested over large temperature extremes to make sure they can handle the environments they are exposed to in the stock configuration.
