I am looking at another wrecked 02 F250 4 door . I sold the other one good thing about this 1 it does have the 7.3 not the gasser . I just hope the tranfer case is not knocked out like the last one . see what yall think . the other one was hit on left wheel this on right hope it pulled drive line out cant post pic
WOW, someone else who shops at the auto auctions! haha... I do that with the company i work for, except we buy the bikes... I bought my 05 F250 at Copart in Austin with a blown motor for a great price... Good looking truck overall, but i would take a close look at the front end... For that wheel to do that type of damage to the fender, there is a good chance that there is damage to other parts from stress alone... Have you gotten under it and looked at the axle, differential, u-joints, etc. etc. ?
no I hadnt looked under it . The last one I bought was hit on left side , it got transfer case . I was hoping this one didnt . I buy most online unless they are close by

Sorry to butt in my question, who holds auction for wrecked bikes(in CA or web)? I need a project Harley ( before I ruin my new one)ASAP....
That almost looks like part of the tread on the tire came loose and smacked the fender. I've seen where the crosslinks on tire chains have come undone on some going a little too fast and tear up a fender. If you can, see what the inner fender looks like, if it's bubbled up then that might be the cause of the damage. Still has not eliminated the possibilty of front end damage.
Oh, you actually are correct. The 1999 aero headlights had yellow marker and yellow corner lenses, while the 2000-2004 had clear lenses all around. My bad! I thought you were saying they got switched out for '05 up style headlights.
edit: wait, I just looked at the original post and the truck is an '02, so the headlights are indeed stock! Sorry if this confused anyone!!!!
I would think that this truck would be well worth the possibility of replacing the whole front suspension if needed.
If it is a solid 7.3, upgrade the transmission (I think those are the older non TorqShift ones right?) and service the chassis and the truck would be awesome.
looks like the headlights got switched out for newer ones.
Nope, that color combo was available starting with the 2002 MY so those are the correct stock lights. Those lights ran from the 2002 MY to 2004 MY, very nice upgrade if you have the stock 1999-2001 lights like I did.
Edit: Three people just answered the same question.....

Sort of, but the previous answers were unclear...
99-01 had amber markers and ugly headlights with the diffusers in the whole lens.
02-04 had clear markers and clear headlights (still separate units like the 99-01)
05-07 had the one-piece clear marker/headlight combo with different headlight bulbs.
