got my leaks fixed (i think)
i changed out the rubber valve cover gasket i just put on my 87 for a cork one, its good to go now, also tightened the clamp on the ps return, and tightened the rad hose clamps, and all the leaks seemed to disappear, so for those of u wandering it and 88 rubber valve cover gasket will work the answer is not with out modification , the tabs on the valve cover will have to be ground off, or get an 88 model valve cover, just thought id let u know.
also had some more fuel problems, it turned out to be the fuel tank selector valve again, so i just bypassed it for now. it seems to be doing great for an 87
