need help with trailer plug
i have a 04 f250 with a oem tow package is there a fuse under the hood for the center post for 12 volt supply to trailer

I believe there is a relay under the hood. Also note, the battery charge pin will not be hot unless the motor is running.

yes i know it has to be running do you no where the relay is

Check your owners manual it will tell you what relay is for what it is in the big fuse box under the hood.

On a 2004, the trailer tow battery charge relay is the center most relay in the central junction block under the dash panel below the steering wheel. The fuse is #115 in the same block, 20 amp.
