I've had this happen before. Spray a bunch of PB Breaker behind the rim, along the rim-to-rotor interface. Just don't get the PB all over your break pads, calliper, rotor breaking surface, etc. Let her set for a while, then try to knock it off with a rubber mallet.
Jack it up, Make sure it is secure, Beat on it from behind like its a rented mule
Some other methods you can try I don' recommend.
put 4 lug nut back on hand tight then back off one turn drive around slowly bumps are good thing.
brace a 4x4 off the other wheel or frame and use a bottle jack against edge or rim.
When you do get it off. (It will come off just might take some doing and even a few days of dousing with PB blaster.) smear anti seize on the inside of the rim before you replace it or get one of the plastic inserts.
