No trucks that old with that kind of carb in the junkyards around my area. I have another motorcraft carb that came off a Bronco, the screws in it are longer.
You'll have to find a set off another carburetor, be it a junkyard (I realize there are none in your area) or eBay. Pony Carburetors might also sell them, but I think they just set a minimum order in place.
Why don't somebody still make them when there are so many of these carbs still around?
Numberdummy im gonna call one of the guys you listed. What do you think two of them will cost? The tag on the carb says D3TF NA. Below that it says A 3E 7. I want to make sure I get the right mixture screws.
