transfer case Q

Hello guys - I am starting my 4x4 swap! bought a donor truck so all the pieces are there. I currently have a C6 and the donar has a busted ZF5. I want to keep it auto. I am picking up a 4x4 C6 next week and was wondering if the transfer case from the ZF5 will bolt to the C6? The guy I'm getting the C6 from says it will not BUT he is trying to sell me the transfer case with it and he wants 400 bucks for it, I'd like to not waste 400 if mine works!

Does anyone know?

as long as it has the t-case adapter yours will fit

Do you mean the C6 i am buying? currently it is coupled to the transfer case all he is going to do is unbolt it and I take the tranny, so I guess that would have the adapter on it?
