Little delay
I was really happy to have my shop so close to being done, but a little something came up.
WE are putting OUR stuff in MY shop so SHE can have a garage sale at the end of the month

Send her to her girlfrineds house for a sleep over party one weekend, have the Salvation Army come haul all the junk away, tell her you had the garage sale, and give her $150 when she gets home - problem solved!
