Okay I know you guys have been through this about a million times but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for in a search. I would like to know who has the best prices on diprocol and isspro gauges. I'm finally going to need them since I'm going to start hauling a larger trailer. Thanks...
I got my DiPricols from Dennis from ITP Diesel. They are a little more pricey, but they're worth it IMHO. VERY smooth, and match the stock cluster exactly.
IMO for Isspros, you can't beat this http://www.dieselmanor.com/gauges/DM-3gk-isf.asp It comes with all the wire, connectors, tie wraps,T-Fitting for MAP line and excellent installation instructions specific to your truck. A one call kit.
Dennis' kit comes with everything as well. Plus, you get all the stuff that's an "upgrade" with the temp sender, and you get LED backlighting. No stupid bulbs to mess with. Worth the few extra $$$ IMHO. Also, I got the 4-gauge pod and put a Scan Gauge in the 4th slot. I really like the functionality of it all...
EDIT: LOL -- I'm sitting here watching some stuff for work upload, so I have nothing better to do than to infest FTE & FB...
i got a super deal from GOS performance in montana. I bought the basic 3 diprocol's and a 4 pod. I really like them. I got the white faced ones also.
They were about $60 cheaper then anywhere else and the actually could get them.
They came with everything needed. (to install the boost gauge instead of going into the MAP line they told me just tap the intake manifold. i'm very happy with that set-up)
i would call them because it was a killer deal.
I have ISSPRO EV2's, made in Portland, OR. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the manufacturers. You might want to check with Clay at Riffraff Performance on a price also.
I've had DiPricol Optix gauges in my Excursion for the past few years now and really like them. They have worked well and perform flawlessly, so when I got my truck last year, I ordered a set for my 250 as well. Unfortunately I had to wait over 6 months to receive my full sweep trans gauge because DiPricol greatly reduced the number of gauges they make, making them difficult to have orders filled.
They are a damn good gauge tho, and I really like the look.
What would u guys use as a 3rd gauge on a manual trans truck???
Getting a ts chip so I'm getting a set of glow shift gauges because they are what I can afford

Maybe a fuel pressure or HPOP pressure. I want a 650 dash, and that's where I'm going to mount one of those and a voltmeter.
