Adjust steering column start switch
Hi, My problem is the truck will not start using the key, if I jumper the the relay on the fender it runs like a charm. The lower Switch on the column worked loose and I can not seem to get it back to the sweet spot again. This Klunker is about 3 steps away for being back on the road and hills again.

Slide the switch as far down the column as it will go and tighten the bolts, if it still does not work then either you have a bad switch or the actuator in the column is faulty. If it starts by manually working the rod going to the switch with a pair of pliers or similar then the switch is good but the actuator is faulty.
