Does this look like a 4x4
It is not mentioned in the ad. Can any of you tell if this is a 4x4 truck?

I have sent the seller an email to see if it is 4x4 but figured I'd probably get a quicker answer here

I'm thinking it is 4wd too. You can just barely see the rear of the leaf spring behind the front tire in the side view of the truck and I think I can see 2 shifters on the floor. If it was 2wd, it would have coil springs up front.
As for the price, it is high, but if its as clean as it seems to be in the pictures (most often not the case actually), then it might be worth it. To get a less pretty truck to near new condition isn't usually cheap even if you can do the work yourself.
Thats not to say better deals can't be found though. Some of the stuff guys find in the San Fransisco bay area blows my mind. Needless to say, region of the country also matters.
Love the pre-85 interiors. more depth to the fake wood and more chrome accents.

hello it clean yes but i find truck just as clean for like 1500 and woith the money u save give me a emial andress and i can send u some links for cheaper turck i paid 1700 for mine with lift and tires

This is the ad I can see, no mention of 4x4...
Never looked at the interior, it has no t-case shift lever noticeable...mine is pretty obvious...
This is a 1984 F-350 XLT Lariat Ford diesel pickup with a service body. The engine is a 6.9 liter diesel with a Banks turbo charger and a 4-spd manual transmission. It has 98,200 miles and is in very good condition. I'm asking $5,600 or best offer. If you're interested in taking a look at it, please contact me. Thank you.

Well, may not be worth $5600, but could possibly be worth $4500 if he's trading it in as a clunker....
I think I barely see the 4x4 shifter, but its hard to make out. He also says its 4 wheel drive...

I see the transfer case shifter in the passenger side picture, but not in the drivers side picture.
I also see the leaf springs, and the front height it is sitting at also looks like a 4x4.
Looks like a well taken care of truck, but I do see a tear in the drivers side seat, at the very bottom of the picture.
Caution on the 98,200 miles though, could easly be 198,200.
