6.0 quit PLEASE HELP
Tonight i was driving my 2006 6.0, everything was going fine and it just quit, no warning or prior issues. Will not start, the wait to start light works, plenty of oil , and when cranking the tach works. Stranded out of town, need to fix myself if possible. Any ideas? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

It could be a multitude of things that would cause this and without a code reader it would all be guessing. I would make sure the trucks fuel filters were not clogged first, make sure your engine mounted fuel filter is not restricted. Is the engine trying to fire, or just cranking? It could be electrical such as a faulty FICM or a chaffed wire.
