read about them in an old Farm Show mag I had laying around. www.morepowerlessfuel.com Sounds like a dp tuner with diffrent tunes.
HOLY CRAP!!!! $650 for an ICP resistor mod!!!!!
Biggest ripoff I've seen in a while.
Seriously, that's all it is, an ICP resistor mod. They tell you that they are increasing injection pressure without adding fuel. Bullchit.
Any time you increase injection pressure, and keep pulsewidth exactly the same, you get more fuel injected. Higher pressures equals more fuel in the same amount of time. That's how it works.
So their advertising is false. So are the claims that you don't need to add a pyro. In addition, a 7.3L PSD does not gain 90hp with an ICP resistor. That's impossible.
You could have one of the custom tuners reprogram your PCM for less than half of that and still get better results, I'm think it'd be around $50-75.
Curtis is right, it's a glorified ICP resistor mod. You can do that yourself for around $0.10-$0.25 (10K mod). I did it when I first got my truck. But with the custom tuning available, you can have them do just about anything with your truck, you just tell them what you want.
I wasnt goinng to get one, I got dp tuners in 2 of the diesel trucks. Just curious, I have not heard of this one before, and I thought I pretty much heard of them all....
