is it worth the money to use this stuff ?

You mean the amsoil full synthetic oil products? They are very good products and I've used them before.
If you have a lot of miles on your engine I would stick with regular petroleum oil, but if you have under 100k you could switch. Their synthetic ATF is amazing stuff! Highly recommend that. Pretty much all of their oils are great.

AMSoil products are good.
I'll ask Ron what kind he used in his PSD if I remember. He will only use AMSoil

My dad ran it in his '96 Powerstroke, and now runs it in his '05 Cummins and he only changes out the oil about every 10k or so and the samples he sends are still good. A friend of his with a Superduty ran it for 2 years on the same oil and the sample was still good!!! Just need to change the filter out and then top it off most of the time.
