albeit, beige, counterfeit, deity, either, feisty, height, kaleidoscope, leisure, neighbor, obeisance, protein, reveille, seize, veil, weird, zeitgeist
"… except after C":
ancient, concierge, efficient, financier, glacier, juicier, democracies, species
I do so love the English language.

This thread is not directed at any member of FTE. However if any of my elementary school teachers are reading this I suggest that they revamp thier lesson plans.

And lets not forget the whole "honor/honour" and "center/centre" debate... 
On second thought, maybe we should just forget about the whole language subject and get back to the real reason we came to this forum in the beginning.
