Nope, never seen it. I would replace it with a piece of rubber inner tube or something along those lines to prevent it from happening again though.

Yeah, not really THAT important. The rubber just keeps your metal tank straps from rubbing through your metal gas tank.

Metal to metal = Friction
Friction = (Hole in the gas tank + Heat)

(Hole in the gas tank) + (Heat) = <img src ="http://www.hnfd.org/events/lg/F150%20fire.jpg" width =400>

It's a huge picture to begin with, Stosh merely added some HTML parameters to make it
render in a smaller size in Web browsers; although the file & resolution sizes remain the
same, the browsers merely display it in a different size (that which he specified, generally
specified in pixels). Apparently, when you quoted his message and replied, his edits didn't
make it into the new message and, so, the true image is actually rendered. This could
probably be considered a bug in the vBulletin forum software that powers this site.

EDIT: The bug would actually probably be that the forum software allows posting of pics in
that manner, I'm actually surprised it allows people to do that and the fact that it can be
done is perhaps a bug.

There is a good book for noobs called "html for dummies".

I've been working on computers, servers, networks and web sites for the last 20+ years. Html is really pretty simple. It's the routing, networking and database side of things that gets complicated.

I think that it's odd that the forum does not strip out img tags as well. I wonder what other tags will work here? I'll have to try some more.
