Banks Downpipe

Does anybody know if Banks still offers the 3 inch downpipe that will connect to the factory turbo. Dont have the money for the ats upgrade and I just got a 4 inch exhaust off of a 6.0 powerstroke that I have made to fit and would like to do the entire exhaust at once.

That's for a Powerstroke. Not sure if Banks makes anything to fit the ATS turbo system, but ATS does have a downpipe to replace the squished stock one.
