Anyone have issues with Fords site when you try to build a vehicle? Try to build an F-250 and select an XLT or Lariet go to the next step and it resets to an XL. Errors out sometimes too. Does similar stuff trying to build the F-150 also. Is it just me or does Ford have some issues. BTW Toyotas build site works perfectly.

I just built an F-250 with no problem. Maybe they were having issues earlier?

If you go back & still have problems do the usual purge of all cached content & cookies.

Seems to work for me, but I don't like it as much as last years version.

They might have been working on it when you tried it, or maybe you need to clear your browser cache.

Must be just me then. I erase cookies, temp files and history on a regular basis so I don't think thats the problem. Still does it.

The other day I had problems with it as well, with the XLT package it would only allow a regular cab or it would switch back to the XL. However the Cabelas and Lariat worked ok but not with the 6.8L and the 4.30 gears. Figured it is just a software glitch they need to fix.

I was pricing the 6.8l auto with 4.30s, both XLT and Lariet SC. Kept going to XL RC after I hit continue.

Just tried it again with the Lariat and 6.8l/4.30 gears, Auto and it switched to XL again, but thats with an F250. It works with the SC/6.8l 4.30 and Auto with the F350 tho. Both times with the 8' bed and the Lariat.

F-350 works fine F-250 doesn't. Their site must be messed up.

I can run it thru with the F250 but only with a 4.10 Gears. Maybe thats how they will option them out? Time will tell I guess.

No its a screwup. Can definatley get 4.30 in an F-250.
