Only the passenger side lock on my 93 F-250 works, and its the same with my grandpas 95 F-350. I was curious if anyone else has this problem and knows any way to fix the drivers side lock without taking it apart? Im assuming theirs probly rust in there sticking things together. I tried spraying some WD-40 in there in hopes of loosening stuff up but it doesnt seem to have helped any.
it can be locked and unlocked fine from the inside. If a rod came of i would be able to turn the key but nothing would happen right? The key goes in fine, it just cant be turned.
is their anything that i can spray in there to help get rid of the corrosion? Maybe then i can work it loose. Id rather not take it apart, but crawlin through the passenger side does get old after a while LOL
