'66 bottom shock mount

'66 bottom shock mount
Can anyone point me in the right direction for finding a Bottom Shock Mount for the drivers side front shock on a '66 Ford F100 Custom Cab?
The holes in mine are longated (spelling?) or shall I say oblong vertically from wear. It's rattling and drives me crazy.

How?
The front lower shock mounting bracket bolts to the Radius Arm, it's L shaped and is right/left specific.
The following fit: 1965/73 F100/250 2WD / 1973 F350.

CARPENTER OBSOLETE PARTS in Concord NC has 16 = 704-786-8139.
