This is a Ford motor... there ain't no fuel pump lobe. (insert **** on Chevy logo here)
All you need... if your motor doesn't already have it, is an escentric.. a little disk that bolts to the outside of the cam timing gear, and of course an old style timing cover with the fuel pump boss in it.

you might also need a longer pin that lines the cam up with the timing gear.
on my efi, the pin was not long enough to go thru the timing gear and the fuel pump eccentric.
i replaced my timing gear and chain and it came with a longer pin.
if you go junking for the timing cover and eccentric, make sure to get that pin.
you probably are going to need a different distributor because if yours is on a computer it wont work right at all.
my suggestion, go duraspark2 distributor from an 85 mustang gt, 5.0 liter with a manual tranny, that way you get the steel gear you MUST use or you will trash the cam gear or the motor

Not sure what cam is in the truck , if its a roller cam you will need steel , if its flat tappet cast cam you need a cast gear....Lew

Well actually that truck will have 2 pumps, a low pressure in-tank and a high presure pump and switching resovoir on the frame. You could simply eliminate the frame mounted bits and plumb the in-tank pump directly to the carb. Problem solved.
