No I didn't, neither did my friend who found that one. Clean it up and try again? I remeber the metal clip was a pain to click and I don't think it we could ever get it to click down. Doesn't look like its been gutted?

 

Thanks for the simple green tip, looks like the same thing for the cam sensor one bolt and a O ring makes it come out? I can always have it bench tested before I go and buy new or used if that is the problem. Winters comming and I'll need it for winter from sounds of it. Unless you think its been modified I can call the guy and see if he did anything with it.
