cab swap information

I finally got around to putting the replacement cab on my Highboy. I knew I would have to redrill the body mount holes because my new cab is from a different model and there were no bolt holes where the Highboys body mounts to the frame. I carefully measured the cab placement and transfered the holes, drilled throught the cabs crossmember and transfered that hole through to the upper tin, got out my 2" hole saw to open up the transfered hole to become an access hole to the lower section of the cab crossmember and cab mount bolt, and low and behold, I hit the pre punched access hole in the tin right below the exposed tin in the upper cab floor within a fraction of an inch.

I'm good

But the point is that that hole is in all cabs apparently. .

Yep, they are there in all cabs. This is looking from underneath one of the mounts and you can see where the template is for those holes. Lines up perfect with the mounts and makes it easy. I just drilled up and there ya go.
