crossed drilled rotors

would they be better than stock? and would they be hard to install? Ive seen some on summit racing and I was thinking about getting them. From my understanding, its just the rotor. It doesnt come with the hub assembly

No need for cross-drilled as the holes are a source for cracking. Slotted, however, are very good and I wouldn't install anything else. Lots of varieties available.

In either case (slotted or cross drilled) you just have to re-use your existing hubs.

Unless you are building a race truck or a really fast street truck and can't stop, I wouldn't waste my money.

You most likely only have single piston calipers and they aren't going to help much.

is there any way you could adapt a 2 piston caliper from like an f250 to a f150? or would it be too much of a hassle?
