Winter Oil ?

just looking some #'s up:

Pour Point:
Valvoline All Climate 10w30, -33F
Pennzoil conventional 10w30, -33F
Chevron Delo 400 15w40, -38F

does this mean Delo is better for low temps despite its 15w weight?

thanks

Yes. It is made from hydroprocessed Group III(almost synthetic) base oil. There may also be more pour point depressant additive.
