Good evening everyone.... survived the golf tournament and all of the adult beverage consumption. When I got back home, my other half decieded that I needed to go with her to do some shopping, so out the door we went. It was not too bad because I at least got dinner at Applebee's out of it. Fell asleep on the couch and just woke back up.
Chris I am like you in that thought process. When I was younger I would spend money to customize my vehicles and end up with nothing more than bills that I really did not need. At least with it being close to stock, it makes it easier in repairs especailly when you are dealing with warrantys.
Shaun, a nice set of blacl powder coated running boards will look nice on there. Do they have factory ones that match the assist step on the bed??
Actually I dont have the tailgate step Neil. I have the bedside steps ( 1 on each side). I was thinking of the chromed aluminum ones to make the truck look even better than it already does.
Yeah I meant the bedside steps. The chrome ones would dress it up but you do not really have any other chrome on it except for the bumpers. That is why I mentioned the black powdercoated ones.
When I get another truck, I may get some stainless sidesteps because they may hold up better to all of the salt that gets used on our roads during the winter.
I see that you do not have any chrome on the bumpers at all so the chrome ones may look good. As usual, it is the owners opinion that counts because you have to like it
