I had to go to my doctor's today because the arm that I had the pic line in for IV antibitics swelled up and I found out that I have a small blood clot in there that is causing hte issues. I am under medication to help dissolve it.

Congrat to you for your lose also. I have been working dropping some for the last few years andoverall it has been about 30lbs. I just got back down to my lowest wieght here and I am plannig on dropping more. My biggest problem was portion control and being in the hospital helped me get that under control

Well time for some dinner.

BTW Doc told me I could lose 20lbs and not miss it. What does that mean????? lol
