I need help finding a Catalytic converter...

So, my friend is thinking of buying a 1986 Ford F-100 with the 4.9. She said it needs the rear Cat replaced. I was wondering if anyone knows of any websites where I can find one for cheap. thanks

Where do ya'll live, you may not need emissions on that. Check your local laws on emissions to make sure. That way you may not have to buy a new cat.

I have both the primary and secondary CATS for a 4.9 and the Y pipe. All OEM and in nice shape.

Well, I'll have to get back to you. She's thinking of just sending it to Midus. But, I'll try to convince her to not spend the money. How much would you want for al that stuff Uncle.Stoch?
