Well time to get new tires on the f250. I made it along time with the stock tires and some good take offs. So its first time for me to retire the big truck. A bit of a sticker shock since i had Rangers for years. Anyway, i have found a good price on the Goodrich AT Ko. Most people i talk with like these but i have heard some bad things about them online. I have been leaning to them. I do allmost all hiway driving with my truck just going bird hunting, or towing the Whaler. Very little off road anymore. I do need a tire that is ok for the Snow. Any thoughts or other tires you recomend. Joe
I had BF Goodrich AT on my Ranger. Got 100,000 miles out of them!! Although, they should have be changed at 85-90k. They also got a little noisy towards the end, but not too bad. Probably not the best tire for snow as they are pretty hard rubber.
I like the BFG's, but found better MPG and Tread life with rugged trail, and long trail. Both thos tire come e rated also which is a plus
neither of those tires will make road noise. I have Rugged Trail T/A's on mine, I really like them... I have had all 3 tires, with good luck. The allterrains where a little to noisey for me though. But offered great traction, as do the others mentioned with no noise
