steering column loose

If the whole column is loose there are 4 or 6 bolts that are tightened up from underneath.

Sounds like the bearings are wore out, there is no adjustment that I know of...just gotta replace the bearings.
It may be easy, faster & cheaper to get another one from the bone yard.
