million dollars a year, I wasn't that good! anyway, just saying his heart is in the right place! he could have one of those Tacky Big curly oak desks....

They probably won't finance for 50, but a 30 year note at 4 (four) per cent would be $181, 417 a month. You're gonna nafta start savin' up pal!! /s
