Inserts or the medal housing with the dogs. I have a set of 64 badges (housings that are in good shape) pay shipping.

John's sells the inserts. https://secure25.securewebsession.co...shop/index.htm

maybe even repop badges ?

rangers were a 65 option package....sighs...NO SUCH THING AS A 1964 RANGER REGADLESS OF WHO SAYS THERE IS!!!

I hope they didnt break the metal bezels as 65 are all alone and not repopped...I HIGHLY recomend having a chrome shop put them together as the little ears which hold the inserts break off more often then not...its potmetal afterall...

also, there should be three pins per bezel...2 on top, one on bottom...if you need bezels I have some depending on the model...F100 or 250...

8 pieces...holy crap...whoever took them off didnt know what the f they were doing...a putty knife or flat blade screwdriver is all that needed to pop them off...8 pieces...I would look at the bezels too...if they broke any of the inserts retaining tabs they will need surgery...by a chrome plating shop who can repair that kind of stuff as well as, of course, replate them assemble the inserts to the chrome bezel...If you do need bezels, let me know what series of truck you have as Im pretty sure I have both F100 and 250 bezels...
As I would POSITIVELY give whoever took them off a bill for this mess...those are not easy to find...and if the originals had good coloring and all and otherwise were fine...Id scream louder as the repops are darker red then original...

Dennis Carpenter sells the inserts...but for some reason my puter wont d/l their catalog...i get to 3.20mb d/l then it stops...puter has no other probs either..
But I found my catalog I got last year...no mention of Ranger fender badge inserts in their catalog...I DO have some original insert/bezel assemblies...if you are interested in them, let me know...

Keep us posted...post pics of what ya got left of them...

OP's already said the paint job and body work was free! (actually it turns out it wasn't) if he actually had original Ranger badges.

Are you asking for the RED plastic inserts that have RANGER on them in silver, or the entire emblem?

There's no such thing as a 1965 1/2. It's either a 1965, or a 1966.

The inserts are the same for both, but the emblems are different.

1965: Emblem has FORD 100 (or 250) on top.

1966: Emblem has FORD on top, 100 (or 250) enclosed below.

Try FTE sponsor carolina-classics.com (800-598-4211).

If Carolina Classics doesn't have them, I know where there's pair of NOS (New Old Stock) Gen-U-ine Ford Ranger emblems at a local Ford parts obsolete store.

I can't recall if these are 1965 or 1966. If interested, lemme know and I'll go over there and have a look-see.

The guy that owns this place knows Model T's, Model A's, 1932/48 cars/trucks, 1953/56 F100's.

When it comes to...as he puts it..."Late Model" stuff, he hasn't a clue.

One other thing...the badges used in 63 and 64 were mounted on the hood...not fenders, the insert was an entirely different shape then 65 and 66...in other words theres not a snaowballs chance in heck a 63-4 typde hood side badge will work on a 65 or 66 on the fender..
