Badge Removal

I have removed my Powerstroke V8 badges off of the truck today and was going to put on My new fancy International badges. What should be used to remove the old sticky glue from the door without damaging the paint? Do keep in mind, this is black truck that is currently clean. The International diamond has already been installed, since there is a new billet grill.

I used a hair dryer and some WD-40 when I took my badges off and put 6.0 badges on.

Same badges that are being installed as Justin. Directly from the International dealer. I'm going to try some WD-40 to remove the sticky stuff and wax afterwards. We shall see what remains.

I used a heat gun set on low and a plastic putty knife, my fishing line kept breaking. Goo-be-gone gets the sticky stuff off and rubbing alcohol to prep the surface for the new badge.
