Assuming your question is serious(probably not)... Olive oil doesn't have any of the additives necessary for modern engines. No detergents, antiwear, antiscuff, corrosion inhibitors etc. Why in the world would you use an oil that costs 2-3 times as much as a synthetic, but which wouldn't do the job of even el cheapo oil?
At best It might work for an engine under light load and properly cooled. At worst the oil would probably burn and cause the engine to fail, often leading to a lot of whining.
But it is good for your heart.
