I'd guess it would be fine motor oil.
Trop-Artic is great oil. I have used it since ~1968 b4 it got hard to find and I switched to Valvoline about 2 years ago. TA keeps an engine extremely clean inside unlike many other oils. I have seen an engine back in about 71 with 100K+ on it that was run with TA since day one. It was an oil field rig that had the oil changed every two months. It was almost clean enough to eat off of... Not really but WOW! No carbon or varnish. The engine looked like it had just been assembled. Every vehicle that I have used it on since has been the same, -clean as a whistle.
