1940 pickup suspension
Hello- I am looking for some more good advice on a problem with my 40 ford truck rebuild.The bushings on the spring shackles and on the radius arm bushings are wore through the inner metal bushing and into the rubber sleeve.Does anyone know if you can replace the rubber as well along with the bushing??I suspect the rubber sleeve could be pressed out but I have not attempted that yet.The truck frame has been rebuilt as factory along with the cab which was blasted to bare metal and epoxy coated.I sure would appreciate any help I can get on solving this front suspension problem.Thanks Gord
