Fender Flares

I was looking into some fender flares for my truck, mainly to cover the rust altgoether. But I was looking for an opinion, does anyone thing they would stick out way too far?

Which ones would be better?

These? http://www.4wheelparts.com/Exterior-...=3555&t_pl=814

Or these? http://www.4wheelparts.com/Exterior-...=3555&t_pl=817

The cut outs will stick out alot further than the wides. And you will have to cut your fenders to use the cut-outs. I like the cut-outs but if you dont have the tire for them I would run the wide. I dont like it when the flare over hangs the tire. JMO

I have the cut out flares and they are WIDE! I used to run the 38.5x14.5 swamper ss and even with a two inch wheel spacer, the fender flare still covered the tire. I don't recomend them unless you are running ATLEAST a 40, but that's because I don't like where the fender flare over hangs the tire. I had to step up to my 44s. You will also have to do something to try to tie in the bumper to your new fender width. If your just running some 12.5 tires I'd recomend some pocket style or mabey the next size up.
