Biggest tires

whats the biggest sized tires i can run on a 1980 f150 with no lift ive heard 32's with minor trimming but im not sure

I know a guy who ran 35's on the next gen of f150 and didn't trim anything, they didn't rub unless he flexed the suspension but that happened pretty well over every bump. I don't know if your gen and his have the same clearances around the fenders though.

i had an 81 f250 which i beleive are very similar and i was able to run 36 with little trimming but if your looking to flex i wouldnt go any bigger than 32 imo

42" and a set of chains... let them clearance themselves. lol

lol yeah i hear ya, i think im going to try 32 or 33 ive got a certain look im going for but still be usable off road

33s should fit. might rub a bit when turning and flexing at the same time....

Good luck getting them on the truck for the chains to work.
