Mirrors
Has anyone fingured out if the power folding mirrors will work on the F150. I changed out the towing mirrors for the power folding, but still no luck on getting them to operate. I have the Platinum, so i would think that all of the electronic are there someware.

well, there was another guy who was trying to do this as well, but was also having trouble too.
It now appears that no trucks (04-09) have ever been prewired for the power folding mirrors. I thought the Platinum would have the best chance since it comes standard with the power fold mirrors, but you prove that it doesn't.
You will need the power folding relay module and probably the power folding switch too. I have no clue if you also need any of the stock wiring harnesses or if you can do your own custom wiring to get the power fold relay to work.
It would be best to check out the factory 09 service/electrical manual to see the wiring diagram for the power fold mirrors.
