Blowing gear lube from rear diff

Hey Guys,

Need help I have a 2003 F350 single rear wheel 4x4 that is blowing gear lube out the vent hose on the rear differential. Any Ideas why this is happening now @ 106K. I put a Mag-Tech diff cover on it about 25K ago and filled it to the right level with Royal Purple. Any help will be greatly apprecitated.

Recheck your vent tube, sounds like it is still building pressure.

also did you fill to the oe fill plug? some aftermarket covers ive dealt with had their own fill plug but is too high to be used as a level check. noones topped it off after you have they?
