Started the truck today, to sort out some idle issues. Started great, idle settled down, but when I put it in gear, the electric fan mount nicked the rad in two places so driveway got a coolant bath !
Remove the rad, hope to get it repaired and back in tomorrow. Did manage to put noise blanket on inner cab roof. Small steps......

is that the 'thru the rad' plastic mount pins? I had one wear a hole in a chevy radiator..
now I mount to the radiator frame.
Radium car show!!! I'm gonna be there. Hopefully I'll have the 51 up and running by then, if not it'll probably be the 69. I'm looking forward to putting some faces to names.
Re-installed rad, inner aprons, grill, did some wiring and insulated cab so a good day ! Truck really looks more complete with grill installed. Now if rad is not too high, may move ahead again.
