Help with engine codes

Ok guys. I made a video of my trucks codes its putting out. It's running like crap down the road and im getting pissed off lol. The seafoam helped out so much. Its idling smooth, not dieing when you put it in park anymore.

But the damn thing is still jumpy and stumbling on its self going down the road, I either have to stomp on it and it will smooth out a little bit or take it out of OD and it will run smoother. Its like it loves hi RPMs.. Also it does it when you are hard off the throttle like coming off a colver leaf on the freeway or taking off hard she falls flat on her face. And has a some what of a cough or a tick when she does...

So you tell me please what these codes are. I have the codes on line i just went retarded and forgot how to count or somthing. I cant get it..

And the throttle sensor was repalced...

If I screw up the vid posting my youtube is www.youtube.com/user/MnTrucker1984

Thanks guys..

That's 41 and 33.

33 - EGR valve opening not detected.
It's either stuck with carbon, the valve is broken, the position sensor is faulty, the vacuum line to the EVR is broken, or the EVR is broken. You can test the valve for movement by applying manifold vacuum to the vacuum input on the valve with the engine running, it should stumble if the valve opens.

41 - System lean.
Yeah no kidding. This doesn't help much and could be a bad O2 sensor but could also be a problem with the air injection system or another exhaust leak upstream of the O2 sensor. Also make sure the plug wires for 5 & 4 and 7 & 8 are seperated really well and not run parallel. Also check fuel pressure at the rail while the engine is running, should be about 35psi with vacuum on the FPR and 40 without.

Thanks for the help! You mentioned the plug wires being separated. I have 2 or 3 injector wires on the right side of the motor (I cant get to them, But I can see them) and a mouse chewed off the insulation. Could it be arcing at all or shouldn't this be causing any issues?

I had the fuel pressure check at the local shop the mechanic said it was around 38 on his scale.

Oh, can you remind me where to find the EGR. Right side of the motor right?

If it is faulty, how easy is it to replace?

If your throwing alot of codes you're probably in the same boat I am with my 95 F-150 302. I just took out my PCM and it smelled burnt and I've already replaced every sensor on the truck. So I'm going to put in a new PCM and see if that helps. I had the exact same thing happen to mine.
