Bolt size needed
I was removing my lower intake and snapped the passenger side rear bolt. I was wondering if anyone knew what the size of the bolt is and can I pick something up at a hardware store or do I need to order ARP bolts or try the dealer. Its an 87 F250 with a 5.0 motor

I don't remember for sure, but I think they are 5/16-18 UNC threads. Measure the length of one of the others and go get a grade 8 (grade 5 would probably be okay, but not knowing the load, grade 8 would give more margin for error) fastener from a parts store or something like Fastenal. The stock bolts have a larger under-head diameter to eliminate a washer, but if you can't find one of those, just use a standard hex-head bolt with a washer under the head and you should be fine.
