There is a Ford and GM only truck dismantler in California called Cordova Truck Dismantlers. It would be my guess they would have one and it mostly likely be rust free. They do ship everywhere.

I found one used at a junkyard for $65.00 !! Went back two weeks later to buy the rest of bed, and the truck was gone !! Lucky I got the tailgate.
