Finished The New Push Bar
Well I got the new push bar back from the powder coater and it came out pretty good, although we forgot to drill relief holes for the pressure caused by the baking and it has a few hot spots in the finish. Overall it looks good though.
I did this one in a black wrinkle to try and match the black XL grille, bumper and fenders. It matches pretty good. I still need to center the mounts a little but it looks good. We are currently making a Jig for this push bar and some similar but different designs so I will keep you guys posted.
We also did a custom rear skirt plate, and I didn't notice until I got it back that the frickin logo and bottom cuts were off center...must have missed something in the Plasma Cam program...oh well looks good still.
