I got me some stacks put on my truck....... its straight headers with just stacks on them and to top them off some tractor flapper deals.......... i payed $150 to get them run from the headers , it quietened it down alot and when it idles it sounds like a diesel....... i hate the way he run the pipe under the truck its right in the way bumpin the radius arm and it hangs down realllllll low...... ima gonna cut them and try to reroute them better.....heres some pics .......
I'm so jealous. I want them on Effy but plan to have vertical glass packs and a chrome heat shield with Ford ovals cut in as the mesh. I also love the flappers and plan to use them, it's just something about the way they sound at idle. Glad to see some because I know it is a long way off for me. LOOKS GREAT!
yea ima end up gettin me some zoomie headers.....i just needed this dun asap so i can go to the mud bog tomorow nite , i didnt wanna run open headers under the water...... heres ya a video
just be careful of state laws....I have heard that stacks are illegal on gasoline powered vehicles. I have not searched thru michigans laws to verify, but i heard it so i pass on my thoughts as to keep you from getting into possible trouble. Please correct me if you find my info to be wrong, because if it is, i want to stack my truck......:-)
i live in TN....... i cud careless wat they thank......its quieter than these jacked up crown vics runnin around with glasspacks..... and i dont drive it to town , its a toy...... it stays in the country

I did't realize it was a toy, my mistake. and i am with you on the jacked up cars--they kill me..
Sounds a helluva lot better than these ricers running around with the reverberaters on the tailpipes that make them sound like a lawnmower in a tunnel...
Watched the video and you engine is running rich, but it makes it look like a diesel!
And I agree with the others, what the hell is up with the way the pipes were routed? If I walked into the shop and saw that I would have crapped my pants and asked for it to be redone.
What was that guy thinking?! He turned the pipe out way to soon. It should have gone straight back then turned at the back of the cab. I would have sh#t if mine came out like that. Take it back and demand it gets fixed.
i wouldnt have left the shop with a job like that never mind pay him to boot wont take long to rip those off 4 wheelin i would take it back and demand the job be done right
